Take stock and transform your life with Mission Rise. Together, we will travel on a year-long expedition to imbibe Mahindra’s Rise values in our professional and personal journeys - equipped with the best tools, the right companions and the right motivation to embrace change!
We may not climb real mountains in our day-to-day lives, but isn’t the journey of life pretty much like climbing a mountain? The highs and lows, the struggles and successes... this is the essence of our existence. One big difference, though - while you’ll always find a Mountaineering 101, life doesn’t come with a manual. We must seek our inspiration from other sources – so why don’t we look at a few life lessons hidden in the wild, untouched mountains.
Here’s a preliminary list of lessons we can take to scale the mountain that we call LIFE:

Started?
Choose your Attributes
Start by updating your profile and subscribing to 1 or more Rise Attributes to work on. Rate yourself on each of the 16 Rise attributes and set where you want to be at the end of 2017.
Publish your Rise moments and move up!
Rise is about setting new limits for ourselves. Each step taken is a moment in itself. Be it hitting a new sales record or quitting smoking, everything starts with little steps.
Capture these moments - big and little to earn feet up the mountain.
Tag people along the way
Add people involved in your achievements by tagging them as you add your moment.
Follow people to learn more
Managers, leaders, colleagues and peers can be great role models as we embark on this journey. The app gives the opportunity to follow any participant and learn from their moments.

Our Attribute Scale, tailored like a sound equalizer helps you rate yourself on each Rise attribute giving you the right direction to begin your journey.
Starting 2017, we have 4 quarters, 12 months, 365 days, 8760 hours, 525600 minutes, 31536000 seconds to embrace change. The ticking clock will remind you to make full use of each second to succeed!
Our Sherpa will regularly send you the right information and tools so you are well-equipped to take on each challenge during the expedition. Watch out for his updates.
Just achieved a RISE moment? Post it on the Rise App! Once you’ve decided how big your moment is, reward yourself with 100/200/300/400/500 feet up the mountain. This is your journey and you decide how many feet to move up!
Post it publicly for an extra 500 feet bonus!
Have you observed a colleague deliver a RISE moment recently? Recognise him/her by sharing the moment on the Rise feed and decide how to reward him/her with 100/200/300/400/500 feet up the mountain.
Check your progress at each stage of your expedition and don’t forget to see where everyone else is – be it your CEO or your team mate, everyone’s progress is marked on the mountain!
