Stampings: MSSCL (Mahindra Steel Service Centre Limited), Pune – II: This state-of-the-art facility is the only one of its kind in the country with a presence across the complete value chain from steel to stampings through stators and rotors. Services include stampings, stress relieving and aluminium injection providing products that go into the making of stators and rotors for motor cores.

Mahindra Accelo offers purlins for rooftop and ground-mounted solar applications & for the construction segment under the Purtec brand. Installed at the Accelo’s state of art steel service centre in Nashik (Maharashtra), medium and high tensile purlins are made using a fully automated roll-forming line, the best in its class in India.
Steel trading was the first business of the Mahindra Group. Accelo set-up India’s First Steel Service Center at Kanhe, Pune in 1993 in JV with MetalOne Corp., Japan. In 2005, Mahindra Accelo set up its first venture in the Middle East as a JV with Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation of Japan. 2007 marked Accelo's foray into profile blanks with the inauguration of its blanking facility at Nashik. In 2008, 2010 and 2011, the company augmented its processing capacity for transformer laminations at Vadodara, Bhopal and Kanhe, near Pune, respectively. In 2012, it set up a state-of-the-art electrical stampings facility at Kanhe. In 2013, Accelo signed a JVA with China Steel Global Trading Corp. and Mitsui & Co. (Asia Pacific) Pte.
